Refusing to stop doing the things I love. Living life on the trail and running fast, light, and free.

Run Coaching

I want to help you achieve your running goals, whether it’s your first 5K or a 100 miler in the mountains.

About Me

You have so many options of style trails to choose from. There is still so much for me to discover and running a trail in the other direction is just as new to me as running it the other way. Being disconnected for a short while from society fills my tank up. The mountains recharge me. Doing what people refer to as crazy, keeps me pushing my limit higher and higher. Running in these places and doing the things that give me joy feeds my flame.

Hard Trail Monte Da Padela

Yesterday I had the pleasure of participating in one of Portugal’s Sky Races; Hard Trail Monte Da Padela!! This Mountain Race was a bit shorter in distance than what I am used to, it was a 25K, but fortunately for me, it still had a good bit of uphill and downhill on clear cut mountain terrain with technical footing and some sweet high points.

Transvulcania 73K

You only live once; aka (YOLO). Cliché to say but still gets the message across haha. Point: chase after your dreams NOW because tomorrow is another opportunity to get after some other dream.
Thank you for all of the support at Transvulcania and to the photographers for capturing these shots!

Go after your dreams because you only live once. There is no, “next time.”
